Xenoblade Chronicles X. If you love adventuring in big, open worlds with big monsters and a lot of things to explore you should get this game.

I've 100%'d Super Mario Bros. 3Mix. Fun ride, game difficulty mostly similar to vanilla SMB3, and some moments surprised me... although I don't want to spoil why.

If you haven't played it, do it. It's one of the few hacks better than the original game.

Back to Pokémon Platinum after a months-long hiatus... trying to grind up a team to level 30 before Fantina

(I forget when is the Heart Scale guy in Platinum? Until then I'm holding off on using my Water Stone on Eevee) Team so far is Grotle, Kirlia, Gible, Staravia, and Eevee

(still undecided about Lucario or Dusknoir... sadly neither gets a sleep move and Gardevoir doesn't get one until level 60)

Still plugging away at Final Fantasy XIV Heavensward.

I have my main job of Black Mage to 56 now. My other jobs/classes are all up to at least 15, with exception to the craft and gather classes.

Notable classes above 15 are:
Bard 34 (needed for Quelling Strikes cross class)
Conjurer 27 (I want to do healing soon)
Gladiator 19 (trying to learn tanking)

I don't even know.

Maybe it was a section about spike non-invincibility being bad in the Wily Fortress, but then I played it and it went without problems. >_>

With MM2 this is a lot more problematic, with bosses having invincibility frames (particularly bad with Flash Man and Metal Man of all things) and not being able to shoot every frame.
I mean, I'm not exactly good at these games, but the Metal Man fight took too many attempts while it didn't go that bad in the NES version.

You're gonna have a field-day with Shadow Man in Megaman 3 then. That guy can be a pain in the ass even WITH his weakness. I don't recommend using that, though, since the weapon is so slow.

I win

First time I beat Mega Man Dr. Wily's Revenge, and honestly it isn't too bad, even though it has trickier level design (and very different control, which don't help) compared to most other MM games.

It still went a lot better than the Wily Wars playthrough. Very few deaths, with the exception of a certain pixel perfect jump in Ice Man's level.

MMII and MMIII went down as well.

I have nothing to say for MMII, but the things I've seen in MMIII make the first game look easy (Dust Man and the crushing section, Dive Man and the spike filled mess, etc...). The second half of the game is basically nightmare.

Now MMIV and V are left, which are the best games.

They didn't take the game corner out. Which is why the game has a rating of 12 years and up.

Decided to dust off Kirby Super Star DS, but this time I'm doing a no-ability run (well, technically, but I'll be cheating in a way because you actually need abilities to get to certain treasures in Great Cave Offensive, certain ability pedestals in Milky Way Wishes, etc.)

(I did something similar in my SMW No-Yoshi run, where I used a Yoshi to get just the one exit that needed him to eat the key and spit it at the keyhole
