Posted by GreyMaria The requirement to getting flight is an airstream below the wing, which requires that the aircraft (in this case, a pig equipped with a glider) start at a specific angle against the wind direction. You might know that from kites which are flown in fall around these latitudes. So all in all it depends on the angle the catapult launches at, and the wind direction. Assuming no wind, the pig would probably crash down like a piece of pork. Hope that answered your question. |

Posted by Emuz I don't think so, I walk and bike a lot in there but so far I haven't had the chance to hike or camp. Our terrain is rather flat so it doesn't make a particularly great hiking environment, but I'd like to do something like that eventually. |
