I download Skyrim for Xbox One "got it on sale for $13.00" and I really like the improvements over the Xbox 360 version, I'm starting to think this game is not a typical RPG, I'm on level four, just killed the dragon and now I'm a Thane, and I have a female that follows me around.
What can I do to advance to higher levels, do I grind like in a Final Fantasy game? I killed some people trying to rob me and I killed some animal that attacked me. Thanks for any advice.  ____________________ Beacons.AI My Discord Server |

I found Skyrim is just a grind in general. There's a few shortcuts for a couple of skills, but nothing major. The Atronach Forge can be used to build Conjuration up quickly, by getting earlier access to the higher tier summon spells - I did a run where I had the Storm Atronach spell learnt, but couldn't cast it due to the mana cost being higher than my maximum mana. Early on, Conjuration is useful for raising up some other skills like Archery as the summoned weapons are stronger than early level weapons. The world could always use more heroes! |

As to Atronachs, they're strong in early game but weak in late game. I'll admit that. The world could always use more heroes! |

You're right, I won't use the ring that's gives you unlimited etc. I rather use strong weapons and still get a challenge. Is it true you can get married in the game? I'd like to marry the woman who follows me around.  ____________________ Beacons.AI My Discord Server |
