What's so special about Super Mario All-Stars on the Wii? All it is is a CD-ROM with an SNES emulator/Virtual Console on it :P At least try to remake the games with enhanced graphics (SMB3 in the NSMB style would be awesome TBH)

Dunno, but knowing Nintendo it's likely an emulator similar to that of the VC. Or a bunch of black magic, who knows.

the best one I ever came across was one that failed to identify Vista and said "Your an unknown operating system may need an update" -- the message was in French but the 'an unknown operating system' bit in English, making it even better
