Changes made in this update:

• Badges now pulls from it's own table instead of the old tokens table
• Badges table on a user's profile will no longer show if they don't have any.
• And a lot more coding for badges. This will be the first of the foundation code.
• Built a switch to turn off syndromes from the server config. (t's still 'on' on Kafuka)

Badges

This system still is far from functional but I've made some progress. If you want to get an idea of what it will look like I've added the two test badges from my dev server to my profile here.
