Posted by Danika The Apollo Guidance Computer used a 16-bit machine (15-bit really) running at 2 MHz, compared to the Apple ]['s 8-bit MOS 6502 processor running at 1 MHz. So actually I'd say the Apple ][ might actually be slower! But it had a much better display output. Posted by Jamie You'd need an accelerator board for that. |
