This is an iconic thread from many iterations of Acmlm's Board. An attempt has already been made to have it happen here but, uh, that kinda failed. SO LET'S GO AGAIN!
Here is our world. It's just something I whipped up rather quickly. It has no boundaries, so please, make your own. For your first post, simply choose an area for your country to be and plop it in there, with a name preferably. Don't choose anything too big. My country is pretty much as large as it should be.
Rules:
1. Godmodding to an unreasonable extent is not allowed. Use your common sense.
2. If two maps have been posted where the second is not based off the first, no further posts may be made until someone has created a map that correctly linearizes the flow of time.
3. Consequences of attacks on anyone's units should be decided by the target--that is, P1 announces an attack on P2, P2 decides what effect that attack actually has on them instead of P1 going "lol you're dead". And since this is the case, P2 shouldn't ALWAYS say "lol nothing happens to me". Again, use your common sense. This isn't about always winning, it's about being creative and having fun!
4. Don't get a lot of land. The more land you have the harder it is to defend it all, of course, but also we need room for everyone to join.
5. If you're going to join, actually play. I will blast you out of the game if you never post, and your country will be up for grabs again.
The United Republic of Games has entered this world! I say we should start when at least four other places has joined. Six seemed ambitious last time.
