Why do people do this.

Some guy today claimed to be from Al Qaeda and called in a threat that he had placed bombs all over the University of Texas campus. The place was evacuated and people were gridlocked trying to get out on a rainy day.

Ugh. Probably just some joker who wanted to get out of going to class for a day, possibly inspired by the 9-11 anniversary a few days ago.

There was another bomb threat at North Dakota State University, which was also evacuated.
