♥1 ✿4736 ★69 Hey everyone!
Really a blast from the past here... even the old "ROM Hack Domain" scheme I used for awhile. But I will say... now not having the New Thread button while in a thread is weird. |

♥2 ✿4736 ★69 This is the combination of my last two Jul layouts, whipped together in like two minutes.
I really should customize the link colors and quote boxes and be all fancy, but... lazy |

♥3 ✿4736 ★69 Today I bought the 3DS version of VVVVVV- I've played it on PC, so I've been mostly playing the included online levels... I have to say, for a game as "2D" as this, the 3D effect is used really well, even if it's only for looks. |

♥6 ✿4736 ★69 Posted by EmuzPosted by Nicole D630- I purchased that one through my college, it seems to be a pretty common model in businesses and stuff as well from what I can tell. |

♥7 ✿4736 ★69 I think we may have had Windows 3.1, but my first real experience were probably with the Mac OS 7 machines they had at my elementary school... (I do have vague memories of an Apple II in Kindergarten- this is was 1995, mind you ) I remember I updated them to OS 8 and the computer people were stunned I could figure that out.
The first home machine I was allowed to use heavily had Windows 95, I remember having all sorts of games on that thing. (We had some "Game Empire" CD that had a ton of demos and what-not, I thought it was the best thing ever) Also I was really fascinated by Lotus Organizer for some reason. |

♥8 ✿4736 ★69 It's been around 20 degrees F here today and yesterday- really that's normal for this time of year, but since it had been unseasonably warm before that it feels extremely cold.
At least there's no snow... |

♥9 ✿4736 ★69 Posted by Trelior This is pretty much where I am, except I only got it a few days ago. Maybe I'll have to try to dig into the wiki, as I'm not actually finding the Guide much help either... |

♥11 ✿4736 ★69 I'm a physics major (and history minor, if that is ever relevant to anything) at the College of William and Mary, expected to graduate after the spring semester... which is kind of ominous. |

♥12 ✿4736 ★69 Posted by Ailure Wouldn't "I don't agree" be a legitimate use of a dislike button? I mean, what would it be for, then? |

♥13 ✿4736 ★69 Posted by KiyoshiPosted by EmuzI just don't like having others decide for me which threads I should find good, with no way of disagreeing, just because some trolls are around. I don't see why you interpret it as "having others decide for me which threads I should find good", versus "people noting which threads they found good". |

♥14 ✿4736 ★69 I wouldn't mind if a -1 button were added (all my threads would have -255 next to them, but I don't post very many threads anyway ), but I don't necessarily see a problem with only having a +1 and not a -1, either. *shrugs* |

♥15 ✿4736 ★69 Posted by KiyoshiPosted by KawaDo you still have that animation? Woah, that's how I've always pronounced it, but I didn't realize there were other people who pronounced it that way as well. |

♥17 ✿4736 ★69 Posted by Kawa What I'm getting from this discussion is that we need to replace +1 with +ponies. |

♥18 ✿4736 ★69 Admittedly the +1 is kind of an arbitrary feature that doesn't seem to have an immediate necessary reason, but as I said in the other thread, I don't see much of a problem with it existing just as a thing... |

♥19 ✿4736 ★69 Posted by Nick I remember this argument generally gets brought out when an ACS is proposed, but I don't know if it ever really happened to such a degree? After all, it'll probably lose most of its novelty pretty quickly. (Of course, there is the question whether the "badge" system proposed for this site will lend enough importance to the ACS, assuming badges are given to winners... as usually in my experience monthly wins are otherwise quickly forgotten) As for the Legion quote, I guess the point is to sound ridiculous, but it sounds reasonable enough to me. |

♥20 ✿4736 ★69 I remember using the Kafuka scheme back when I was on like 640x480 resolution (maybe it was 800x600, but no larger than that), the top banner really seemed huge. |
