Yard work took up most of the morning on Saturday. After that, me and my wife went to have a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs, then a trip to the grocery store after. It really depends on what the task is and how important it is for it to be done. I do multitask quite often, but if it's something like a work related task with a short deadline, it gets 1000% focus. But most of the time I just focus on getting said task done so I can spend more time doing the things I want to do.
Now FUN tasks on the other hand...I can be so involved with say playing a game, that I tend to only half or even quarter hear what my wife is trying to say when she's talking to me. >.> ____________________ Sonnanja, ore no inochi wa toreneena! Had a sort of late breakfast of hotcakes (homemade, of course!). Dinner, however...was dangerous. My wife made chicken curry. Perhaps approximately 1000g of rice was too much. It was considerably cooler here today as well. Woke up to some storms, which passed quickly, then the rest of the day it was cloudy and overcast. I think my wife would probably kill me if I bought another hand held system. >.> Currently have 2 PSPs (both purchased in Japan), 2 Nintendo DS (one Japanese, one English), 3 DSi (two Japanese, one English), 2 DSi XL (one Japanese, one English), and 2 Japanese 3DS. Let's see...
Intellivision, Atari 2600, Commodore 64, Turbo Grafx16, Sega Genesis with the Sega CD attachment, and an original PS (last I knew they were still functioning, but in a box with some more of my stuff at my grandparent's house). NES (OLD school version!), SNES (which has somewhow over time turned from the normal grey color to a yellowed color...same as the NES), yet another PS, 4 (yes 4) PS2's (two old fat ones, one JP one EN, two slim ones, one JP, the other EN), Sega Dreamcast, 2 Nintendo Game Cubes (JP and EN), 2 PS3s (JP/EN), an XBox 360, and 2 Wiis. Both EN. I think that's all of them... Sadly, I was never able to score a Sega Saturn. There were a few awesome games on that system I really wanted. =( And previously, I failed to mention another handheld...Wonderswan Color.

Quite a bit lately, actually. Since taking over the self-inspection program...I've had so much to do and take care of it's about to the point of overwhelming. Namely because the person that took care of this program before kind of sort of...got rid of everything right as they retired. No program book, and all the files and regulations we needed from the computer were all wiped. So building everything from scratch has been a huge pain in the ass. Oh wait...still a long way to go with it, so I stand corrected: it is STILL A HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS. I've kinda dropped off of WoW...the new content and people there just bore me, really. It's pretty much the same crap they've been rehashing for the last couple of expansions. Meh. Maybe I'll play it more some other time, just not interested in it at all right now.
I've tapered off of Diablo III for a bit, but will still be playing it off and on. I'll spend more time on it once the next patch comes out, to test the new changes and see if they make it more enjoyable again. Currently been dumping all my game time into 2Dudes. It's been quite some time since I last played even tRO, and this just seems like a breath of fresh air. For subs, it really depends on where we go. I'm not a picky eater by any means, so I change it up quite often. I will note that I am fond of meatball subs. However, I do like almost everything else, stacked high with every type of veggie they have. Add some salt/pepper, vinegar and oil and we're good to go!
For today's lunch, I had a Thai-style chicken dish with onions, celery, carrots, bamboo shoots, and pineapple, all on a bed of rice. Delectable!
