As expected, Needle doesn't know what he's talking about. "Low settings" my fuzzy behind.
Windows 3.x does not, to my knowledge, support the .Net Framework. It's too old and too 16-bit. Settings don't enter into it. The launcher for my (decidedly NSFW so that's strike two) MS-DOS game is a .Net application, so how did I get that screenshot? How did I run the unrunnable? |
