It can be worse actually depending on what the tactic is. The brain is a very powerful.

I use a Mac because I like it. I've used the OS since NeXTstep days so I am fond of it. Plus it's a full unix os I can do everything I need in an OS (which requires decent GUI, with unix CLI). Plus I need a few key commercial applications and I can run all of those natively.

I still am not 100% with modern Linux desktops envs since they still often have hickups or lack something I like or use. I would use a really old WM like WM but it's multi head support is meh at best (and all but the big full environments actually do multi head the way I like it.. with some random issue)

That'll never happen. People like the bloat. That's why when I started I was all about new features. Still I hope people who want to use it can still have the chance to. That's my goal of getting 2.x open sourced. I have a feeling that other than people who snub their nose a bloat or web 3.0 we're likely not to see that big of a growth.

The history is actually quite interesting and is worth learning. It's got drama, action... maybe adventure if you like the car chase that is SQL injection.

That is weird. It's in the db correctly at least. Might be an oddity with how it's spawing.

I have not tried Pale moon beer nor browser. I use one called Vivaldi (which I may leave if it still gives me issues.)

I got a new mood avatar and layout I just had to show it off. It started off when the artist thatsheepagain posted as request for random chars so they could test out their new tablet. I decided what the heck and I submitted my char Noriko. They sent back this in 10 mins flat:


I was like enamored with how adorable she turned out so I asked for a full version. It's a really unique style and it's really cute.

So expect me to use this out of context and a bit often for a little bit..

I'll have more variations on Noriko as time passes and I'll be posting here about it as I get them.

Thanks! I don't know if they make or made a shirt but it would be really cool. I'm into the retro tech and you can't beat good old Bell Labs in the 60's and 70's.

Haha, true! Well you could smash it on the ground and go a thousand glass cuts.. but that's such a time consuming afair. I mean with a genuine Bell Systems phone you actually have to dial M for murder.. not text for a sandwich!

I got to speaking thatsheepagain today and well.. I ended up commissioning another piece. (They could really use the money, and I wanted to help them out. They are very kind too. I'm a softy. Plus I do love their unique style.) This one features my Noriko char and her Gabbie char from her comics. So Noriko now has a friend! (they grow up so fast these day lol.)
