Not quite. Someone who champions the causes. She writes a zine and helps coordinate campains to inform people of issues of mental health. She spends lot of time in the hospital as well so lot of this is to cover things around that too.

Personalyl I'd offer more if it was as you said. Just someone who's had a rough go and is very public about her struggles.

There is their price sheet. Keep in mind I'm going to ask for everyone to chip in for this one. So the scope is all on what you are willing to chip in! (I'll be chipping in too don't worry)

With Sheeps it's pretty straight forward. 28€ for full + full color.

Haru is the best choice for us. Let's just move forward with that in mind. If I find another artist that I think would work and we've not pushed into the next phase I'll go ahead and suggest them here too.

I think everyone decided on a hairclip.. but that's always an option.

So what does everyone think. Just simple cel.. have Haru do the banner, get a reference made, or a mix and match of those three? (Or say fuck it and get a suprise!)

If the funds collected go over the amount we use I will use any remaining funds for future maintenance that will be coming soon that will require some funding.

I need a final or near final mockup soon. Basically if there are missing parts I need a list of what isn't on the markup so I can give it a go.

We're not settled on the dress. I think we're mostly in agreement about the hairclip phanto.

So we should kinda discuss the dress. I do want some green in the design as that's my signature.

Yeah. I wasn't going to go with full dress off blocks anyway. It makes it too busy.

The vine pattern the phantos. We could try it out. I'm not 100% sure how we can incorporate the vines myself. Maybe a monogram kanji/K or something? *shrug* We could make the dress dark green and augment the color with the blocks themselves?

I think the hairclip makes a lot of sense as it's a mask and unless we do a mask on her it's very close. I don't see why we couldn't use the phanto for other parts of the design. We can always try it out and if it doesn't work out.. we'll try something else..

The going mockup was linked from discord and it doesn't always show for people. I reposted some on my server. Here is the current mock up. (two versions with phanto) This is what everything is being base upon.. so some of your questions may have been answered by the mock up. Give it a look through. While this is the current mockup we can make changes of course. We can also work with Haru to make it more unique as well.




Hairclip and putting the phanto mask on the bunny ears. See if you guys like either. Let me know.

The fire color is for sure to be very much over the top so it's invokes the feeling of fire. I'm going to give that instruction to Haru anyway.

So yeah if we'd like to alter course and take a vote on it I'm cool with that.. but I'd like us to wrap it up soonish. I'm going to stay hands off since I want you guys to make the decision unless I see something that goes off brand or I just don't like. (Except for the fire hair that's for sure.) I will step in if it takes too long or you can't decide on anything. (Mostly I'm thinking of what we have now at that point)

Cool! With the exception of perhaps some kind of 8-bit gaming theme around the trim of the dress, I'd say you've pretty much nailed it.

Just to be be clear, however: When you say "Funding is at ____", are you saying those are the donations accepted so far? If so, do you have a preferred scope / amount of pieces you're looking for?

I didn't do the 8-bit stuff yet. I may just work with Haru on some advice before finalizing that provided we don't have a radical shift before hand.

We're at $35 at the time of this post. We have enough for full body simple shade.. so we're good. BUT If we can get it up to say $50~$60 or so we could get a reference so we could do more with her later. ETC..

RE: Mobile devices are secondary anyway. Until (if ever) we work out mobile support it's always going to take a back seat and may not get tested. Just keep that in mind. Still point us to any you find and we'll try our best. One of these days we may need to break down for a mobile engine. (But is it worth it.. really? We're not responsive so it'd be a long road)
