I usually don't like to have programs start with Windows, even though I usually have a set I open immediately on boot- on those occasions where I do want to just do something quick, though, I don't want to have to wait for Outlook or something to load. :P (Though I don't use Outlook anymore anyway, I suppose... >_>)


I suppose that's a point.. Then again, I tend to go downstairs or get dressed after inputting my password so I don't end up waiting for programs to open up. <_<

Of course it's fun for those who /can/ stream to stream live. But really, what difference does it make for those who can't? (I guess the only one being that a user can race a /bunch/ of times and only submit their best run. That puts those who stream on unequal grounds, I suppose.)


That's a point. I doubt I'd have much success in streaming personally. I'd likely lose connection or anything. Either that, or it'd be compressed to blurs.

If you mean the TwilightRO2 board, then I can say from memory that was a cutting off board2 at the point it was setup.

It's just an earlier revision of the software. Never saw updates.. apart from an incredibly dirty anti-spam hack.

It's an interesting genre.. You've got realistic simulations and lesser realistic ones.

I personally stick to the lesser realistic ones. The Sims 3 comes to mind (due to wasting an entire day playing it) >_>

Anyone else play anything that falls under this genre?

I usually have mine running so I just unlock it. It's become a part of my morning ritual. I don't like autoloading programs and prefer to start them all up manually.


I don't leave mine running. It's hard to sleep over a fan running. :x

Also, booting up from fresh is nice for getting rid of any memory hogging crap.

Auto-login is cool.

And it reminds me of something silly. There's always a little keyboard icon in the corner of the login screen, even if you're on auto-login. Always. In fact, it's even there during shutdown I think. You don't even get a mouse cursor in those events anyway, so what's up with that?


I can use it during those - Touch screen control. >_>
