Honestly if not for the constant crap Microsoft forces down your throat with it I'd really have no problem with 10. To my knowledge it's objectively built better than 7, and in some regards I have had less problems having installed it on my computer rather than forcing myself to stick with 7, but it's also been more frustrating in some regards.
I really hate the new Windows 10 "settings" panel, it doesn't work nearly as well as the old Control Panel from 7 (though thankfully they kept it in 10 so I can still use it anyway). Upon doing a slight bit of research, apparently there is something called Project Eris that exists as a way to mod your PS Classic to add more games, and allow you to run games from other systems through emulation. I dunno much about the PS Classic and I'm sure you probably stumbled across this in your own research, but figured I'd link it anyhow.
