Alright, done with my machine. Posting from it now.
Now I'm just working out all the kinks, such as fuzzy display. I haven't tried much. Two things I could try is to switch the cables between my two monitors. the 1080p screen with HDMI connected is the screen that looks like shit, while the 1280x1024 monitor looks nice and sharp with DVI. I'm sure I'll notice right away if it's the cable or if it's the monitor. If I don't notice a difference, then it's probably the 1080p monitor, in which case I'll try to see if there's an auto-adjust setting somewhere (I don't think this one has one) and go from there. I'm also trying to figure out why the fuck I'm getting a 179kb transfer rate from my USB3.0 external HDD to my internal SSD. I'm transferring all my IRC logs and mIRC over. Shouldn't be that slow, it should be blazing fucking fast. What the hell, man? |

Nah, that old thing? The HDD is an 80GB IDE. I'm not using that. I've got a 500GB WD drive, which I'm not using because it has a partition error in it. Not even attempting to format it works. Right now I'm using an Intel 520 series 180GB SSD. I've got two external drives both at 500GB, one of them USB3.0.
And yeah, fixed the video issue too. |

I was looking around on NASA's website a few minutes ago and couldn't find the UStream link, so I had to google it. Would've helped if I knew it was called UStream though, might have been able to use Ctrl+F. Oh well.
I'm excited for it. I'd like for it to discover something BIG. |

"Holy Shit"
^ Yeah, pretty much. It really does make a difference when you watch it. It's kinda surreal to see that kind of anticipation excitement. After all that work I might swear in excitement too. |

Posted by EmuzI know how you feel with that. I have some things to do at work that I put in a list. Get one thing done, and three more pop up. Fuck. And then there's all the things that need to be done at home. Clean room, clean truck, follow up on errands, wash dishes, do laundry, etc.. And a little bit of drama (at home and on the board) to boot. Yeah, kinda stressful week. I'll be alright... Though I might hit up the Officer's Club later on. |
