Another decent Firefox fork is Waterfox, which works better for me than updated Firefox at times.

A browser that I use and check in on from time to time is qutebrowser. It's great for keyboard-centric users, since it uses vim-like commands to do most anything. It's not perfectly compatible with every website, but it proves more efficient than reaching for the mouse or touchpad when typing a lot in a browser. Otherwise, there's other browser extensions that do the same kind of thing.

I feel like the rain would be nicer if I actually lived in Portland rather than in a rural area. I love looking out and seeing rain bounce off roads and sidewalks it's nice and cozy

Although the DeLorean might be the most iconic of the three, I'd have to go with TARDIS considering my old Doctor Who phase as well as the convenience of traveling literally anywhere anytime that has ever existed. Also, cool title sequences.

Can you put a DeLorean engine in the Epoch to be able to go to more than just six time periods, or would a simple firmware upgrade be fine?

I recommend buying a used Epoch from Ebay and buying whatever addons you'd like to tune it for your own needs. At the end of the day, there's always the TARDIS for that out-of-the-box ease of use, mind the various internal problems it might have at times.
