Welp to answer that which is hidden before one's eyes.. you can send me stuff but I can't make any guarantees on when it will get done. I am trying to push the move so I don't have to pay another month on the old apartment. This means.. heck I've not even touched my computer until just now, and I am just taking a short break.

My desk was finished today.

Yup, it's green.. and big...

I'll post more when I have everything setup. The backroom should be done tomorrow, which means I can start to move.

Solid color I would guess. (The patterns of laminate available were awful) If I put up a chalkboard it would totally work! Once that desk is piled with stuff it will look different. (I always started moving the computer last night)

Life is nothing but a silly plan that one has a part in anyway..

I basically went to work today. I basically have been spending all my time moving I am finally done. So I am 'decompression' mode. I'm working on sorting things I've moved that don't have a place yet.. That's what's on the plan for tonight.

Eventually we should make some threads out of those ideas.. especially if they have legs and can walk alone as it's own topic. Just a suggestion. hehe

Welcome 9 days late! I was moving last little while.

Today it's cooler than yesterday. It was uncomfortably hot last night. It's about 62F right now.

Overload yes. But it still melts if it's overclocked or overloaded I suppose. I've changed it just to change it. lol

As you may or may not have known I've been moving the last few weeks. The new apartment is really just across the hall, but you don't realize how much even that can be a chore. So a month later, I've moved, thrown out a lot of stuff, moved a lot of stuff, got a custom desk built in a much better apartment.

All in all just the little bit of tendentious I picked up in my right hand all went well. (Which makes typing a bitch btw). I actually had less stuff in my old apt closet than I though, however it was bout 3x heavier than I thought lol. I actually still have a lot of clothes to go though to see what gets donated, and what I'm keeping.

So, I wanted to know what others experiences are when they moved? Did you experience long distance moves, or have you never moved at all?

I don't know if this has ever been asked, but it could be interesting.

I've presented a few common ones off of the top of my head. Please reply to the poll with your selections, how experienced you are with the language, any additional variations of it (like x86 ASM, or C++0x11) and if you selected other, what is the language.

I've selected:
C++ (rusty)
C (more so rusty, only used it as glue with C++ for some lower level stuff 10 years ago)
PHP (fair) I've been getting better with it since working on ABII. I started looking at PHP when the first AB started. This skill has served me well as it seems everyone uses PHP now a days.
Other - Bash/Shell (Good) - I use a lot of scripts and such on the shell. Most I will admit are still simple batch commands, but I've done a few complex ones.

Sad day for all if I indeed ranked. lol!

Such is life. I don't have my new air conditioner at my new apt yet, however it's got more and better placed windows. Heat just kills all my energy.

High of82˚F. Sunny, and I did a lot of walking today it was nice earlier (before it got to that high). I even went out and got some ice cream after work.

Since I've not been around for a while a lot of small stuff was done to the development tree before I left (and some after, thank you @Gywall). Once I started to move I just stopped cold as I had many other things to do. So here is the update. The last commit was on the 26th of April, hence the version number.

Changes made in this update:

• Cleaning the threadsread a little.
• Added youtube to post toolbar. Fixed missing flash on the tool bar for edit.
• Added youtube to toolbar for editpost for testing
• Changed css to a dark theme for prettify
• Added prettify lib by google for syntax color
• possible birthday fix
• Quick fix for &tags breaking in private messages.
• Fixed new.php not showing hot closed
• added addtional CSS hooks for new poll, edit forum, ignore/unignore forum, etc
• Added link images to ARHD and kafuka themes
• Other things I missed since it's been what a month?

Bouche updated the PHP server (PHP/5.4.3). This broke a good portion of the legacy code. (If anyone would like to to join the dev team, even for a little while and has the PHP skills, send me a PM. No guarantees of acceptance)

20:59:26 < Emuz> during the move between apartments I had a desk made and installed (I've posted a pic of before). Welp they made it 30" from top to floor and it's giveing me bad tendentious. (It hurts to type or use the mouse right now) Since my job depends on it I really have cut back my personal computer time to nil until I get the desk fixed.

As for my blank slate I call a mind... I start my new job at the gas station (still at TA, mind) tomorrow night. I'm looking forward to it, but I wish I got more than one night off before starting.

I was lucky to get one week before my last job change. It doesn't matter how long you get really, it's going to have some 'jarring' Cograts!

As for what's on my mind.. too much. The PS3 "The Last of Us" was just awesome. I don't even have my PS3 anymore and I want to play that one.

It was 65F yesterday. That's odd for June. Today is 72F and sunny as heck
