♥8463 ✿4735 ★68 Posted by Dani I mean, when I was depressed I think when I saw the cats helped, but when I saw the cats was also when I was not at college, which was also a major source of stress, so... too many variables to draw a conclusion. But in any case, meow! Posted by Squiddy This was all that came to mind. Posted by Squiddy Is that a Presidental system, or a dictatorial system? OR ARE THEY THE SAME THING #monarchy2014 Also, insert joke about the "green party" here.get it?because shrek is greenso like environmentalist parties are often called green partiesbut it's actually shrek who's green in this casethat's why it's funnyI mean okay it's not that funnybut at least a little mildly amusing? |

♥8469 ✿4735 ★68 Posted by Squiddy Well, in the context of the game, she should perhaps have gone to a star system that wasn't inhabited instead |

♥8471 ✿4735 ★68 In the first dream, there were some chimpanzees in our house. It turns out that all chimpanzees have two relics, clay statues of a male and a female, and if they are damaged the chimpanzee will never rebuild them, but simply dedicate its life to killing whoever broke it. Unfortunately, I broke the male statue, and the chimpanzees got very angry. Somehow I managed to stop those two, but I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep well unless I killed all the chimpanzees in the local area, so I teamed up with my extended family. My aunt suggested that we make a magic spell that would cause all chimpanzees to drop dead, so we did so, crafting ancient runes onto parchment and reciting strange tongues. Finally she took it to the Dominion, near the Prudential Center, where the chimpanzees lived, so it would be spread throughout them and kill them all.
The second dream pretended to be a sequel to an earlier dream. I managed somehow to access an alternate timeline where I didn't exist, among other changes, and contacted alternate Lili~ ♥. Since I had been friends with her in my timeline I was able to know things about her she hadn't told me, so she believed my story. (This was the 1990s, but apparently one thing different about this timeline is that she was born earlier) In this dream I was mostly marveling over differences in the alternate universe; for example, Doctor Who is incredibly violent and bloody, "caravel" being spelled "caraphel", and VHS tapes have begun being faded out earlier. Finally, Lili~ ♥ and I discussed in the middle of a supermarket produce area (which was deserted) how to return Elsa to power in this timeline, and I looked for a new backpack. |

♥8478 ✿4735 ★68 I don't consider the fetus to be an independent human life before birth, so it is my opinion that abortion for any reason, including inconvenience, sex selection, or others are permissible. I use birth as the cutoff because that's the clearest medically-defined point; I consider late-term abortions a matter of the woman's conscience.
This is difficult to debate for me, however, because it naturally flows from a principle, and disagreeing about principles is difficult. That being said, I do agree with Squiddy that any man who forces a woman to get a medical procedure done she doesn't want is despicable. |

♥8479 ✿4735 ★68 Posted by Squiddy Lots of cells are alive and we don't worry much about killing them... Also interestingly, there was a recent study that showed that women who had been pregnant have cells living inside of them with the same DNA as the children they've had, as those cells ended up separating from the fetus and joining the mother. But that's really more of an aside. Posted by Squiddy This is why I find this topic difficult to discuss- you say "of course" because that idea is obvious to you. But to me the opposite is clear. So how can we discuss this? All we can do is talk over each other. |
