I can imagine working in a casino would be high stress. Everyone is worried about cheaters, thieves, and trying to get the players to the tables/machines for a long as possible. Pretty crappy about the breaks

I work at a University so they are pretty nice about things. Part of my job is to walk to building to building, as well as not minding a few minutes of break as long as nothing is pressing. (And I am happy as if I don't get up and walk around every so often I get stir crazy)

Granted, but in the real world there would be 10x more Peta ads to make you feel guilty... and don't get me started on the government's Pokémon protection agency..

I wish there were more hours in a day.

Mostly just a service update, however mood avatar system has recived a recode thanks to @Gywall.

Changes made in this update:

• Revamped Mood Avatar management (if you run into an issue you can access the old one here
• Fixed typo in FAQ.php (Thanks @Anya)
• Started code restructuring. Many low level coding changes. Please note of anything not working immediately

I am looking forward to this landing. It's one of the most elaborate landing procedures I can think of. I can't wait to see what kind of neat data it is able to send back

Yup, we're working on it. Should be fixed soonish. We got one part of it, but there was a renaming of the files and it appears not every place was repointed and adjusted. We should have it fixed soon.

I've never really participated in any of the spree postings. I usually was/ very specific with what I post on. (Jan 1st 2004 eh? wow. I wouldn't have been posting, but I do remember this a little)

I am starting my busy time at work. Pre semester prep work, so I've got a lot on my plate. Trying to figure out what I need to tackle in what order..

Yes. I hope so as well. It's seems most of the knowledge gathering and education parts are just getting ravaged here in the states. Education is very important, and yet they can never get levies passed let alone support for space exploration. (Which at least get some even if it's not as much as it used to be)

I can sleep during the day since I have strong blinds and curtains I can close in my bedroom. It's not perfect but I can sleep in a lot of odd conditions. Helped during the College dorm experience! (See avatar for hints)

It was a unique time. Everything was knew. @Acmlm would see something happen on the board and make a code changes to make it fun. For example when Renifors actually got the first spree, he coded the syndromes right than and there.

I will never get a syndrome myself.. but if we grow more I think we'll see syndromes get hit

I'm just dead tired today. It's been really busy the last few days. I mean really. Similar but not exactly the same example:
I have a list of 10 things to do, 3 very large; 2 medium; rest one shot tasks.

Every time I close out a small task a new one popped up right away. After that I got one that was in the large scale category. Which means I got a shitload to do lol.

So I am tired and a bit overwelmed Can't wait for fall semester to start as all this stuff will be done.

"For best results get an analog to a FDS disk. Could be an actual FDS disk, a floppy, or a paper back copy of "Catcher in the rye". Wire up a gyroscope and a control board that is set to detect which side it is flipped. Have it connected to a USB controller for compatibility. The driver should support either emulated keypresses or a direct plugin to your NES emulator of choice. For the experince make sure to have it set that if you try to pull the disk out while it has not been it eject it makes a horrible grinding noise and possibly "damage" your disk image..."


or yeah I think it was two of the function keys on my setup. I haven't use an NES emulator in a while.. I would love actually use the real deal once.
