I think Nintendo's running on fumes, and I think they know it too. They're a big enough company I think that they can ride on it for a while until they get their act together and release great games. They even made fun of themselves in their own press release with that Robot-Chicken-like stop motion.

I think if, somehow, they can release awesome games and keep their online gameplay from being infested with cheaters (as they've been able to do this generation) then I think they'll actually pull out of their funk.

We need stuff from IP we haven't seen for a while. I'm talking about F-Zero and Metroid. And, if we must have *another fucking Mario game*, give us another Paper Mario. Nintendo and its developers need to figure out what the magic was in PM: TTYD and recapture it in a new game. They finally have the system to deliver beautiful visuals.

So here's my wishful thoughts on Nintendo's future:

I think they're working on a ton of stuff they didn't show at E3. Stuff that I've mentioned earlier. I think they're waiting for the E3 hype to subside before they just come out of the blue with amazing footage of amazing games from old-school IPs. Because, come on. Mario Maker? This comes kind of close to my Mario Paint 2 prediction... There's even elements from Mario Paint 1 in Mario Maker! Otherwise I'm a bit confused as to why Nintendo would be showing us barely constructed games when they should be getting their ass in gear to get out of the hole they're in.

Also, the more I hear about Smash, the less I want to play it. I want to be surprised. I don't want to know what all the stages and characters are before release like with what we saw with Mario Kart 8. And, unlike MK8, I'm going to find out about them whether I go looking for it or not prior to release.

So what would you like to see in a new Metroid game? Or F-Zero?

Just out of curiosity, has anyone experienced unusual weather for the area they're in? Recently, as in the last year?

The map isn't really that flat, in my opinion. But I might not have seen what maps you're used to. The map certainly doesn't lack for features, though. I'll have to post a pic of a structure that I built (near where those screenshots were taken) of a large structure on a mountain that I built. I need to spread the word a little more than I have been; the server's not seen a whole lot of action lately. If you decide to hop on and like it, spread the word!

I had a dream about my ex-girlfriend's sister... She was going under the knife for a plastic surgery operation. She wanted to get rid of her two eyes and make one big eye in the middle, at the bridge of her nose. Like cyclops. Wtf.

Top to bottom:

1) Couple buildings that myself and another uiser ( snarfblam) made.
2) World-Generated castles! One of them got hit by a meteor!
3) Stable and other buildings that my roommate made among a village. Upper left is my quartz estate building.
4) A small fleet of ships randomly generated by the game! they have a ton of pirate mobs on them and carry a bunch of awesome loot!
5) A sky slime island, which spawn naturally with world generation. The giant wall I'm standing on is also world-generated! I haven't seen the other end of it yet!

One more year closer to death...

But... fingers aren't nearly as much as a trouble maker as the purple headed yogurt slingers are though. I guess the idea is the same; meant to keep fluids in... Only the case for the finger "cots" (as they're called) are meant to keep in antibiotics, and also to cover awkward wounds.
