Not too much sure about gaming laptops in general; I will say that Mary has the Razer Blade Stealth Quartz Pink and is very happy with it (though I've heard questionable things about Razer in general); at the very least it seems to play Overwatch, Star Wars: Empire at War, and Age of Empires II pretty well from what I've seen her do with it.
