How many PCs / Laptops / Macs / Tablets do you actually own in total?
It seems like you've got quite a bit. |

Posted by Swingball I said what? If that's the case, you've got bigger problems than a simple feast. Posted by Swingball The Shire. Posted by Swingball Santa Monica, CA Posted by Swingball A round of applause from miles away. Posted by Swingball Toast a bagel and eat it for you. Posted by Swingball Wonder why some people ask lots of questions. Posted by Swingball You sound older than I thought you'd be. Posted by Needle They sure do work. Yessir. Posted by Danika Actually, yeah. Sturdy little things. I remember seeing them all over the place in college. Posted by Needle Messed around with one a bit. Wasn't sold on it. Posted by Danika Yes. I feel that way about the Insane Clown Posse, believe it or not. I hate their music, but they run a decent wrestling company and seem pretty chill these days. |

Posted by Danika There's another one already? Better not... Posted by Swingball The official supermarket or would-be world conquerors? Posted by Swingball Nefarious, I imagine. Posted by Swingball Are you coming on to me? Posted by Swingball Sorry, I'm not that kind of guy. Posted by Swingball That depends on whose house was just flooded...and HOW it was flooded. Posted by Swingball Not crawl out of your tablet. Just because I can do something doesn't mean I should. Posted by Swingball I sure hope not, or else I am inclined to ask several serious questions. |

Posted by Swingball Well, that's something different. The last time I got parents together, it was for an engagement party, so yeah. Specificity counts. Posted by Swingball Depends on the reputation of this Strickland fellow. Posted by Danika Blue Rhino's done well by me so far. |

Posted by Danika YES. Posted by Swingball I'll take your word for it. As long it's workable propane and I don't explode, then it's all good. Posted by Swingball Lots of things. Airport security increases, Islamaphobia, and a general sense in America of lost innocence, just to name a few. Honest question: Are you old enough to remember 9/11/01? |

Posted by Trelior I figured you would remember. The question was more towards Swingball since he seems significantly younger than us. But as long as we're telling stories, here's mine: I was in (I believe) 8th or 9th grade at the time. I was in early morning homeroom when the first tower got hit. A member of the custodial staff came in and turned on the TV, saying that the World Trade Center blew up. Since this was just before every student had a cell phone, students were gradually allowed to go to the school office to call their parents while the rest of us kept watching the news. I ended up seeing the second plane hit and the first tower fell before it was my turn to check in with my mom and let her know I was okay. By the time I got back to class, the second tower was down. Meanwhile, it seemed like the rest of the school was moving at a snail's pace, and I recall thinking that we would remember this forever. The school gave us lunch, kept the teachers around to talk with us for a while, and then sent us home early. It was an insane 24 hours, but I was able to sleep soundly that night when I found out that my grandfather (who worked in the WTC at the time) didn't go in that day due to a dentist's appointment. 16 years later, it just recently occurred to me that there are plenty of teenagers and young adults now who probably don't know / remember what that day was like. Hence, my question to Swingball. |

Posted by Swingball And that's bad enough. We already had the Columbine school shootings freaking us out when I was your age (as old as that may make me sound), and then 9/11 happened. For your sake and for future generations, I hope you don't experience another man made disaster like 9/11 in your time. Posted by ゼンガー・ゾンボルト Nah, more like a pirate's long weekend for me. Posted by Danika At least with the hurricane there's no outright malice. If we survived Sandy, we'll survive Jose no problem. |

Posted by AtomicAstro Marry Kenan, Love me tenderly, kill Swingball by default. Gotta get in on those SNL bucks, son.
