That was a very bizarre one with the PM notifier. It was a case of Schroedinger's variable holding the PM notification.
Regarding logins, some browsers do not clear their cookie cache properly. Clear all cookies for the site then close all browser windows. Upon reloading the browser, you should be able to login and stay logged in. If you are persistently logged out, check your IP is not changing dramatically. The world could always use more heroes! |

The IP changing thing is a thing that has existed for all time. It's not a fully static, but a range. It's most likely most IPs from the same provider will not vary outside that range. It's x.x.*.* as the mask. The world could always use more heroes! |
