But sadly, according to reliable sources, it's actually a vBulletin derpfork. I guess that's what it means by "modern".
Also it has infinite scrolling. And the added bonus of using more RAM. WHICH DEFINETLY MEANS IT'S MORE FEATURERICH THEN?

No, board2 was run by blackhole89, and was actually the predecessor of Jul and Kafuka. Most people left between 2009-2012 from there and now the average amount of posts per day in board2 is about not even 1 post anymore. It's derelict and dead for long now. Speaking of which, it's blackhole89's birthday tomorrow, according to an old thread that was posted in 2009.

You're thinking of ||board which was basically a bunch of shitty 4chan jokes from what I've gathered.
