Seems so, since the day is still going, think about it, servers run on GMT and only 23 hours have passed yet.
Also, if the new block has begun, you have to enter "1" in the "days ago" box to see the end results of the last block.

Actually, I'll correct you here. The server doesn't run GMT. It's some Australian timezone.. The board defaults to UTC by design.

The blocks are set at UTC-2 by code.

Also, we don't use the acs.php for the KCS reporting. ;)

In my opinion, in these modern times DST only overcomplicates things. We should get rid of it.
