Well, sometimes it gets so bad you can't even read the titles of the tabs anymore... and then, the icons start disappearing...

That got to be 100 tabs I get sometimes when I'm not paying attention.

I tend to keep several tabs open. Though, recently I adopted a better organization. I split all the tabs into 3 windows.

I'd tell GM to close the tabs he doesn't need anymore, but uh, I should do the same myself, so I amn't gonna talk :P

I normally have about twenty tabs open of stuff I feel like I'll need later. It's kinda like a packrat mentality, except with browser tabs instead of real shit to gunk up my life. I mostly keep it up cause I KNOW I'll go back to it eventually and it'll be easier to get to it, but everyone freaks out at the idea of me having more than five open.

I think my high score is 50 after a few days of TV-Tropage.

I do have more tabs open while looking for images, but usually I try to keep the number manageable... my usual goal is to be able to see the names in the tab bar (which I have horizontal, tabs-on-bottom Firefox-style). :P

I abuse browser tabs like a sort of a short term form of bookmarks, like having a interesting webpage up for oogling later (like a really neat kickstarter project that I'm still undecided on whenever to fund). This means that I usually wind up having a lot of tabs open at times, but usually it's only the maybe at most the ten latest tab that is relevant to my current browsing.
