Exactly it. It's actually to stop me pinging myself in IRC literally every time I post.

I kept getting the same sound alert over and over when the spree was going on with a certain someone's ask thread title being re-edited.

Actually, it got to the point that the sound alert was playing again before the previous one ended.

The minipics are broken as they're in blob image format. Some older browsers don't support rendering images this way.

Edit attempt 3: After the board has decided to eat my example twice, I'm not trying a third time. :<

What sorts of minipic injections do you mean? Couldn't anything requiring an off-server image just be put in a layout anyways? >_>
