Sorry but I had to disable the effect as multiple people including myself had too many issues with the latest posts feature. Plus it was kinda laggy on a lot of systems.
Note: Normally this effect isn't allowed. I do have a layout that does this. The post itself is drunk, not the whole thread.  It does do a little bit of stretching but it otherwise. I've only used this once before.
