This is for anything related to sleep. What side do you sleep on? What do you do before bed? Pajamas? Do you dream? Discuss it here!
As for me, I like to sleep with very little on.  I feel that it makes me itch when I wear clothing to bed. That being said, I like to shower before getting into bed or else all the dirt from the day's tasks end up in my bed and that's just gross.
I usually get an average of 9 hours. I have lucid dreams sometimes, but normal dreams are common for me. I'm a very light sleeper and I have 6 other roommates, so that can suck at times. The smallest noises wake me up. But it's very quiet most of the time, and my roommates respect others' space and noise levels. |

Roommates? Urgh, I could never sleep with someone in my room. I need to be alone, otherwise I will never get my eyes closed...
When I do manage to sleep, I sleep well. Apart from the alarm clock not much will wake me up. |

I tend to find it easiest to fall asleep on my front.. although, some nights I might be comfy on either side.. very rarely my back.
As for what I do before going to bed.. Varies. And what I wear..? Is this some kind of trick to divulge what naughty bed habits users may have? I rarely dream.. but they're usually in the bizarre. The world could always use more heroes! |

I sleep unsoundly in a T-shirt and wool sleep pants. Usually on my side, clinging to my oversized down comforter and using it as a pillow.
Alarm clocks wake me up before they even go off. Ten hours of sleep is no strange thing to me. I dream rarely and often don't remember what my dreams are. Stuck on a lousy goddamn stupid spring mattress. Wish I had a waterbed. |

♥789 ✿4705 ★50 I guess I sleep on my back... I sleep really poorly, I dedicate usually 7-8 hours to sleep and maybe get 5 at best with sleeping pills. (And I do wear pajamas... usually I also need a heavy blanket on top of me, which is annoying in warm months)
I dream pretty often... my dreams have a bizarre frequency of being about the Boston subway system. |

Posted by Liliana I'm not sure this qualifies as a fetish, really. While I -can- see the appeal of sleeping naked, I'd much rather not have to clean the bed if something goes horribly wrong somehow. |

It's not too far off topic..
I tend to find it tricky to sleep if it's way too hot.. but likewise, I can't sleep if it's too cold.. so Antarctica would be a bit of an issue for me.  The world could always use more heroes! |

I need at least 8 hours. If I don't I usually am cranky and groggy for most of the following day. I usually get 7 and that's good enough. On weekends I make up for any deficits by sleeping in on Sat morning.
I sleep on my back or side. I toss and turn so I am never in the same position when I wake up. Lately I tend to wake up about 30min~ before the alarm. I can sleep in the clothes I am in, but I usually swap out to sleeping clothes. I am quite a heavy sleeper. I can sleep though everything. I can have the lights on or off etc. I remember my dreams infrequently. Also I always wear my watch even when I sleep. No matter how warm it gets, I sleep with my comforter. When it's warm, I point a box fan at myself, and my space heater when it's cold. My sleep pattern is never consistent. There are days I sleep for an hour or two, and there are others I hibernate for 10+ hours. No matter how long I sleep, it's never very good because of the damn futon. |
