Acmlmboard software has way better capabilities than other forums (post layout, mood avatars, bio, etc) despite it's archaic look. I feel like there's definitely an appeal there, even if that appeal isn't very big. |

most experienced people on Acmlmboards have been around those boards for quite long. you rarely see newcomers (to acmlmboards in general) with much knowledge.. or newcomers not from other boards for that matter. ____________________ there's a link here. |

Posted by Thieppy 99% of signups on any acmlmboard are the same people anyway, it's very hard to grow a community outside ROM hacking or gaming with the software. a lot of people are put off by the old style for some reason, from what I've been able to tell. ____________________ Good riddance! |

That's a nice thing about small non-commercial message boards; we don't need to conquer the world, having a nice place for people to talk is plenty. |
