Posted by Ｅｐｅｌｅ More like build up resiliency. Figuring out who you are is just part of the process, and it's confusing enough at that age. Throw in insecurities and who knows what else, and yeah, it stings. I don't blame anyone for feeling hurt. The second you cast expectations and trends aside and get in touch with your true needs and wants, that's when it starts coming together. |

Posted by Robbie RageFrom personal experience, any episode caused by mental health leaves a very sensitive scar that can easily rip open until it heals. It often takes weeks, or months, to recover. During that time, people are much more sensitive. The world could always use more heroes! |

Posted by Ｅｐｅｌｅ What you're describing sounds more like a trauma, then. If there was some sort of traumatic event, then yes, that's going to take some time depending on the incident in question. However, since the only thing that is commonly known is their age, the prevailing focus around here seems to be a developmental issue with some complications at worst. Then again, this is all conjecture at this point, so I'm just glad the crisis point seems to have passed. |
