turns out the only white chocolate I ate til recently was just terrible. decent white chocolate is actually better off than dark chocolate is. |

Raw is when you have pure cocoa, sometimes marketed as Dark 100% (Normal Dark is 70~80%, typically 70%).
Basically, it's unrefined chocolate, and in its purest stage. It's also incredibly bitter. The world could always use more heroes! |
