turns out the only white chocolate I ate til recently was just terrible. decent white chocolate is actually better off than dark chocolate is.

The hell is raw chocolate?

I like both milk and dark chocolate but you can't eat as much of the dark one at a time.

Raw is when you have pure cocoa, sometimes marketed as Dark 100% (Normal Dark is 70~80%, typically 70%).

Basically, it's unrefined chocolate, and in its purest stage.

It's also incredibly bitter.

I guess I have the sissiest taste in chocolate. To my knowledge I've never had raw chocolate so I can't say shit on that end.

Also dark chocolate almonds are fuckin tasty.
