it's set alongside the other guests defaults. (hint: the schemes table shows the ID assignments)

it's not in the config file or in the misc table. I didn't bother to for some reason though I did think of that at some point >_>

I mean, I dunno then.

I double checked to be sure, and they worked immediately out of the box on my localhost testboard (PHP 7.1) and didn't have problems with that on bplaced (first PHP 5.6 and now 7.1).
