Last view: 1949 days 		I think we should put a backdrop behind the rank breakdowns... The numbers and a few of the user colors are hard to read.

Most notoriously unreadable is Local Mod (male) and Global Mod (male) since they're so light. This goes for both @Gywall and @Liliana's layouts.

Alternatively, we need to make sure only people with readable usercolors win.

I like how the International Worker's Day commemorates an event that happened in the US, but we have a Labor Day in September instead. :P

I'd say it's more due to the fact that the colours were picked with only appearing on a dark colour scheme in mind.

Assuring people with readable colors win is about as easy as giving the most aquaphobic cat a bath, seeing as @Gywall is fifty posts ahead of everyone on a daily posting basis.

I'm not asking for you to alter your layouts, just alter the rankings code to give a background color. That shouldn't be too much to ask, especially since the rankings are generated within a table to begin with!

Adding something as simple as 'bgcolor="black"' into the tables wouldn't be too hard to do.

Easily done. Wrap the tables in a [font color="white"]. I used brackets because using proper tags would kinda defeat my purpose.

I'm sure it's easy enough to tweak the code generator to incorporate the changes.

Anyhow, if I remember rightly.. you'd need to put a font tag inside every cell.. Anyhow, I got a little plan on how to make it a fair little bit easier to read on mine.

I use font tags when I need to alter a few words at a time. It's easier.
Anyhow, if I remember rightly.. you'd need to put a font tag inside every cell..
Not if you put the tag around the whole thing. Surely sacrificing your layout's custom text color for one post out of the day won't destroy the world.
Does Epele's tweak in this single post look good to Trelior?
It make the brighter colors readable, but looks a bit tacky on the darker ones.
