Time travelers do exist, but they have no desire to come here. 2. Time travelers are here, but they are very well-hidden. 3. Time travel won't happen. I'm feeling #3 personally. I mean, we'd have to account for not just the amount of energy to move at a speed to travel backwards/forwards in time, but we'd also have to account for variables such as the exact position of the Earth at that time and probably lots of other more technical science stuff that I'm not knowledgeable on. In general though, I feel if time travel does exist, it'd be a fairly secretive, highly-regulated thing.
