They all have costume parts to tell them apart, and I'm keeping the option open to give each unit type a distinct voice set.
Scout: TF2 Scout's cap and mic, WWU-style team vest. Farmer: Applejack's Stetson, team vest. Bomber: bag of stuff, team-colored helmet. As seen on http://ponibooru.413chan.net/post/view/184709. I'm not sure what to make of the Medic, Battlemage, Contractor, and Striker yet. Non-pony units are distinctive enough as it is. |
