Rewriting the past would probably do more harm than good, and you probably don't want to go to the future since everything would be so far beyond you it'd probably be horrifying. Regardless, time travel will probably never happen. Posted by DarkWitchClaire I was researching the history of the NEC PC-FX and I found it interesting how the whole thing was pushing the idea of 2D games as essentially a rejection to the huge emphasis on 3D every other game company was pushing during the N64/PSX era. I guess it makes sense to be somewhat opposed to it at the time considering that 3D games didn't really look great at the time, so it would've been possible at that time to possibly see it as a passing fad, even if it ended up completely biting them in the ass from a business perspective. So, I guess my answer would be more systems from that time (and by extension more games) that focused on really good 2D?
