i also ran speedtest.net again, got about the same results as last time |

That's a bit jagged in comparison to what I have here but there's no dropped packets. Are you a good distance away from the state of Georgia to be hitting 100ms pings?
Basically I was wondering if you were getting trouble with your upstream and dropping out, leading to poor performance. I dealt with that for eight solid months and your situation reminded me of it. |
