It wasn't all that great to begin with, but they seriously ruined it.
The only MMO I'll touch is Mabinogi, EVE Online if someone pays the exorbitant fee for me, or maybe I'll give World of Warcraft a try. |

World of Warcraft isn't bad. I played it for a month but had to stop, not because I lost interest, but because I'm so broke I can't afford $15 a month. |

I guess if I wanted to pay Blizzard to run Warcraft past the free level cap, I'd have to get someone else to buy me the time and then reimburse me.

$15 a month is pretty costly.. I know of some more expensive fees, but damn..
I still wonder how various companies can charge such rates and people pay them.. The world could always use more heroes! |

The cost of some subscriptions are staggering.. Some of these "mobile clubs" for content downloads can be as much as £60 per month.. Although I think smartphone apps kinda killed those off. The world could always use more heroes! |

Posted by ParaLaxI'm glad I bought Minecraft in the very late stages of the Alpha tests, back when it was only 10-ish USD and gave all updates of the Beta free with it, and the live game. I feel bad for the saps that bought during Beta and had to purchase every subsequent update. Sure, you could just download the newer versions secondhand, but if you wanted to get on SMP, you had to (and still have to) be logged into minecraft.net to connect. With the Xbox EDIT: I can't believe I used an acronym... Bad Trel! Bad! |

The x360 version is with less features, smaller worlds, etc.
It's just so popular as most x360 gamers are complete dumbfucks. The world could always use more heroes! |
