Touhou has a lot of great fan art.
Alice and Marisa are some of my favourites. 
There are also a lot of animations with remixes of game stages. Often these are a bit manic

I never found the art style (or the characters in general) interesting. I just play it because it's a challenging game (and the music is good).
Maybe I'm missing out on half the magic by not liking the characters? Who knows. |

Maybe it's a battle of fashion. I noticed the "villains" dress way better than the protagonists. They get threatened by that fact.
What if you're playing the villain role in Touhou games, though.. |
