I'm an administrator at a TF2 server. I always did everything in my power to make it a fun place to play at, and listened to all complaints. One of the biggest complaints I got was that we played the same 3 shitty maps over and over again cause the map-vote system was broken, so I made a rule: Nominate these maps (they were only doing it to troll people) and you'd get banned for an hour. Other admins agreed with me, and we'd set it up.

Later that night, I was having a bad night when someone said "Yo, everyone's on the server calling you out, ignoring the rule, and the admins who SAID they'd help you literally refuse to now". So I got on and shouted at them for being assholes which... wasn't my finest moment. To be fair people rage FAR more than me, on TF2 and anywhere, but apparently that's ALL PEOPLE KNOW ME FOR NOW. The admin who rages. Despite only doing it once.



Which only makes me want to rage more. Oh, also, the assholes who were nominating the maps in the first place cut out the explaining of my rant and flat out made me look like an asshole, then uploaded it to Youtube. It makes me wonder how people who'd admit I'm a nice guy who'd always helped out people on the server, would see THAT, and then say "Oh yeah that guy WAS an asshole all along! How did I not know!"
