I prefer OST's of VGM. Well, that and Hard rock, Psychedelic rock and Heavy metal, with a side of thrash metal. |

My favorite genres of music include alternative rock (not that metal they try to pass off as alternative), some soft rock, 90s pop music, some dance, some new age (Enya, etc.), just about anything that's not Justin Bieber or Carly Rae Jepsen  "Miracles happen, when you believe..."

I really don't have a favorite genre. I'll listen to just about anything.
If I had to choose, I would have to say I like Rock and many of its spinoff genres like Metal and that stuff. My less-enjoyed genres are Country and Rap. Country used to be a good genre, that is, before it got turned into a bastardization of every other genre, only sang with by a twangy-sounding, redneck retard. Rap just drives me nuts... It's all about "fuckin' bitches" or "shootin' niggas" and goes hardly any farther than that. There are a few raps I'll listen to that actually have a message to them beyond people being stupid niggers. To clarify... I'm not using "nigger" as a derogatory term toward black people specifically. I'm using it as a blanket term for classless, trashy people. Definition #2. |

I'll agree with Trel here on the rap. The music genre may as well be called "sex and crime" for all I care.
I tend to spend a lot of time listening to game soundtracks. The world could always use more heroes! |
