Are fake emails like this common in official MMOs, telling people that they will be banned for abusing open exploits? Also didn't BioWare do any testing before hand because it seems like SWTOR is having a hella lot of exploits in general. <_<

Judging from what I've heard on certain sites, this sorta stuff is truer that it seems.
They seems to be banning for any sort of exploiting, be it in gameplay mechanics or even selling things for higher prices than their base worth at auctions. It's a pretty terrible state of affairs, in my opinion. Seems to be indicative of BioWare's downward spiral since they released the second Mass Effect.

Header and signature? Shouldn't that be header and footer?

there was a ton of stuff that could have been better polished with TOR.

I'm leading to believe that some of those e-mails are fake, though.
