Hmm, did my Snivy obession rub off? 
As soon I get home and find a camera I'm gonna take a photo of my set. I do feel like I'm the only one still using "standard" ratio monitors (been considering widescreen for awhile but I have no idea what brands are good). Posted by AilureI have been using 1600x1200 until 2009. Full HD (1920x1080) becoming the standard is what made me jump on the wide screen bandwagon. Basically you can't go wrong with Samsung, even monitors of lots of other brands (including the fancy Eizo) have Samsung panels. The only reason I got this specific LG is that it gives very good results in colour quality as well as in speed. Usually it's just one of the two.
