Nope! The manager basically told me to fuck off when I asked about making the return. I told her that I had all of the packaging and everything in pristine condition, and she told me that without a receipt "there's nothing she could do."
Yup, thanks for giving me another reason to hate Radioshack, ya cunt. 
The shitty part? I have no choice but to go to them because they're the only electronics shop within decent walking distance of my house. |

Well, I can confirm this problem is caused by the internal keyboard itself, I did remove it from my own laptop and tried it without the keyboard while using an external USB keyboard all issues were not present and it worked fine, putting the internal keyboard back made the issue resume (just to confirm it isn't a silly glitch).
