Ever heard of a soldering iron?



They're super heated needle-like tools that you use to melt wires and the like to work on electronics. I once had to use one during Summer Camp, getting my Electronics merit badge. I was not as careful with the super-heated soldering iron as I should have been, and I sliced open my pinky. It then proceeded to bleed everywhere and was super gross and painful.

Um, Marzen. How the hell did you slice open your finger with a tool which basically cauterizes any wounds it creates.

The tip of that, when super heated, rips through skin like butter. It doesn't exactly cauterize the wound. This was literally YEARS ago so I don't remember what happened to the wound.

Other than that the only bad burn I got was when I picked up a hot coal. It was in that state of being a circular gray rock, and I saw a bucket of em at Scouts, and was like "OH WHAT'S THIS?" It was my first burn ever! I was retarded!

I've never broken any bones yet, but I HAVE fractured my skull! I'm surprised there wasn't any lasting damage, though apparently this kinda thing is common because Rydia had a similar story.

I REALLY wanted to see myself in the mirror. I was two. So I stood on the toilet of my parent's bathroom and stared at myself in the mirror. Then I slipped and slammed my head into the corner of the sink. It was a sharp corner, and I had to have some stitches. Ironically, this is the first thing in my life I remember. I remember mom freaking the fuck out and me getting ready to leave, then that was about it. I still have the dent in my head!
