I like anything by Escher. Stairs and such in impossible configurations. Waterfalls that become waterrises.

Dammit Taryn beat me to the punch. Yeah, my favorite illusions are Escher-like illusions. Bizzarchitecture and the like, I just love to stare at it and take it in. It's always fascinated me.
