So I got the new X-Com game by Firaxis. I'm gonna avoid the 2K one cause ehhhhh FPS, but the Firaxis one was a beautiful breath of fresh air. It was a pretty faithful remake. Lots of changes, yeah, but it was a fun, enjoyable, replayable experience that I'd recommend to anyone.

In fact, it reboosted my love for the series. I went back to the second game, Terror From the Deep, and I'm now doing a Let's Play of it. Though on the first video, someone posted about how I was wrong and the series suck, especially the remake. My response? "Well that's just, like, your opinion man."

Anyone here play Chivalry? A good description I heard of it was "Counter Strike, but with swords and medieval weaponry". It's also really fucking hard and NO ONE in the game is Chivalrous. You attempt to attack one person in a 1v1 duel, which is fair, and EVERYONE comes after your ass. It's still kinda fun, but I'm not sure about its lastability, and it can REALLY put you in a sour mood if you're pissed off easily.
